| Composed in collaboration with Gordon Mumma and David Tudor. The performance (of music and dance) was filmed for television by
the Merce Cunningham Dance Company in San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square. The film was directed by Richard Moore, and produced by KQED-TV
film group. For the music Cage used collected sounds from around the world, like thunderstorms from Brazil. Tudor used insect sounds and Mumma recorded sounds of San Francisco. Ultimately they created a big collective work.
